If the cancellation of any appointment is done 3 hour prior to the scheduled time, we will refund the money deducting 5% of the total money within 3-10 working days.
The refund will be done in cash from the appointed clinic, or for other mode of refund please contact us.
In case patiant could not visit on scheduled time , we will refund the money deducting 20% of the total money within 3-10 working days.
